("Cosco Bulk") the Court held an evidentiary hearing on Thursday, August 10, 2000, to resolve factual issues regarding whether a settlement had been entered into between plaintiff, Chilsan Merchant Marine Company ("Chilsan"), and Cosco Bulk.
