After a jury trial, movant Stanley Hall was convicted of first degree murder, kidnapping, first degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action. He was sentenced to death on the first degree murder count. All convictions were affirmed on appeal. State v. Hall, 955 S.W.2d 198 (Mo. banc 1997).
