The debtor, Julie Ann Cline, filed an adversary proceeding against the Illinois Student Loan Assistance Association seeking a determination that excepting her student loan obligations to ISLAA from her Chapter 7 discharge would constitute an undue hardship pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
