The appellant alleges that he sustained injuries when he was struck by a car driven by the defendant David Caruso while working on the set of the television show "NYPD Blue". The jury found the defendant Steven Bochco Productions, Inc., 100% at fault in the happening of the accident, but after a trial on the issue of damages, found that the accident was not a proximate cause of the appellant...
