Appellant Alejandro Avila (Avila) was convicted by a jury of delivery of cocaine weighing at least 400 grams, and of possession of cocaine weighing at least 400 grams with intent to deliver. Following his conviction, Avila was sentenced by the court to confinement for 15 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Avila appeals his conviction, asserting in five points of error...
