K__ E__ R__ ("Father") appeals from a judgment granting the petition of M__ S__ B__ ("Mother") and her husband, J__ S__ B__ ("J__"), to adopt E__ R__ E__ R__ ("Child One") and B__ L__ L__ R__ ("Child Two"). Child One and Child Two were born to Mother during her marriage to Father; he sired both children.

The following chronology is pertinent to Father's two claims of error.
