POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

Mark St. Romain and his wife Angela appeal an adverse summary judgment in their Jones Act action against Superior Well Service Inc. The district court concluded that St. Romain was not a seaman for purposes of the Jones Act. For the reasons assigned, we affirm.
