At issue in this appeal is whether this Court should grant the Territorial Public Defender's motion to withdraw as counsel based on his assertion that he found no reversible errors in the transcript to appellant's trial and that any appeal would be frivolous and a waste of the Public Defender's resources and judicial economy.
