Lawrence X. Cusack appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on September 24, 1999, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Denise L. Cote, District Judge). He was convicted of various counts of mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 & 1342, and various counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343. He was sentenced to 115 months' imprisonment, three years' supervised release...
