Convicted of possession of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver psilocybin mushrooms, appellant Ralph Trujillo (Trujillo) contends that the district court erred in admitting evidence of his prior drug transactions; that he was denied his constitutional right to counsel at sentencing; that he has been prohibited from freely exercising his religion; and that he was denied a fair trial due to ineffective assistance of counsel.
