Appellant is appealing from an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court dismissing his appeal from a judgment entered against him in municipal court. On appeal, he argues the trial court erred in dismissing his appeal pursuant to Arkansas Inferior Court Rules 8 and 9. We affirm.
