Fair Deal Auto Sales, appellant, challenges a $2,000 judgment rendered in favor of Janet Brantley, appellee, on her claim that Fair Deal wrongfully repossessed her automobile. Brantley recovered the judgment after Fair Deal appealed an earlier, adverse judgment of $500 from the justice court.
