Jose Mendoza challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his convictions of conspiracy to possess marihuana with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession of marihuana with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). We affirm.
