This is an appeal from the dismissal of a plea in intervention. The underlying lawsuit was initially brought by Niel Morgan against Stewart Feldman and his wife, Marla Matz, for domestication and collection of a federal judgment. In an attempt to collect Morgan's judgment, the trial court imposed a receivership over Feldman's interest in another lawsuit in which Feldman was making a claim on an insurance policy.
