This appeal arises from pre-divorce litigation. Appellant Karl Wendel Williams' sole complaint is that the trial court violated his constitutional right to a jury trial at a hearing on his wife's application for a protective order.1 After careful consideration of Appellant's arguments and the applicable law, we conclude that Appellant was not entitled to a jury trial.
