268 A.D.2d 294 (2000)

700 N.Y.S.2d 705

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. GARY LEWIS, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department.

Decided January 13, 2000.

Defendant's guilty plea forecloses review of his contention that he was denied his right to testify before the Grand Jury (People v Harrison, 249 A.D.2d 113) and his challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence (People v Washington, 262 A.D.2d 209, lv denied 93 N.Y.2d 1006), which claims, in any event, are without merit.
