Great Plains Coop filed a complaint against the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) seeking various forms of relief, all for the general purpose of halting the CFTC's administrative proceedings against Great Plains. The district court1 dismissed Great Plains's complaint and Great Plains appeals. We affirm.
