Plaintiff David Searles was the owner and chief executive officer ("CEO") of Transource Polymers, Inc. ("Transource"), a distributor of raw plastic materials, until March 1997. Plaintiff claims that he has been unable to work since that time due to severe neck and back injuries. He here sues First Fortis Life Insurance Co.
