The State appeals from the county court at law's order granting appellee Thomas Markovich's motion to quash or set aside the information in this cause. See Tex. Code Crim.Proc.Ann. art. 44.01(a)(1) (West Supp.2000). The information accuses Markovich of disrupting a meeting.
