Fire Insurance Exchange appeals an order granting summary judgment to the Rock County Humane Society (RCHS) and its insurer relating to a dog bite suffered by a twelve-year-old boy while he was volunteering at RCHS. Fire Insurance, who insures the dog's owners, Michael and Cheryl Hirschfield, claims the circuit court erred in dismissing its complaint for contribution.
