Based upon a motion argued on June 24, 1999, this court previously granted summary judgment in favor of the Sear-Brown Group, formerly known as Sear-Brown Associates, P. C. (Sear-Brown), in regard to plaintiffs' claims, as set forth in the complaint. The plaintiff, Reginald Rogan, sustained an injury on July 18, 1994, while working on an underground irrigation system...
