Martin W. Hoffman, Esq. ("Hoffman"), the original trustee of the joint Chapter 7 case of Lawrence J. Suplinskas and Lenora Suplinskas (together, "the debtors"), on May 11, 2000, moved the court to reopen the debtors' case, which had been closed on July 24, 1996. Hoffman alleged he had been informed that $7,541.89 was now available...
