MICHOL O'CONNOR, Justice.

William Bell, the appellant, was charged in two separate indictments with the offense of aggravated perjury. A jury found the appellant guilty as charged in both indictments. The jury assessed punishment at three years confinement in each cause with a recommendation of three years community supervision and a $10,000 fine in each cause, with the first $10,000 fine to be paid and the second fine to be probated.
