In this unusual case, a defendant who received the benefit of his plea bargain — a particular sentence — but deprived the government of a portion of its benefit — a safety valve debriefing — now seeks to overturn the district court's refusal to let him withdraw his plea. He tried to withdraw his plea when he learned that his co-defendants in this drug conspiracy, whom he considers more culpable, received lesser sentences...
