The plaintiff, New Hampshire Boring, Inc. (NH Boring), appeals the Derry District Court's (Thornton, J.) dismissal of its breach of contract action against the defendant, Adirondack Environmental Associates, Inc. (Adirondack), on the basis of accord and satisfaction. We affirm.
