Plaintiff L & E Farms1 purchased land from defendant Roy Leonard. Leonard appeals from a judgment declaring that L & E Farms fully performed its obligations under their land sale contract and that the property is free of any vendor's interest. We affirm.

In 1979, Leonard agreed to sell his property to L & E Farms. The contract stated a purchase price of $300,000, of which $225,000 was allocated to the land...
