Appellant Larry James Osborn argues as his sole point on appeal that he was denied a speedy trial under Ark. R.Crim. P. 28.1, and, as a result, the charge against him should have been dismissed. We disagree and affirm his conviction for aggravated robbery and his sentence of life imprisonment as a habitual offender.
