OPINION

MANSFIELD, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which MEYERS, PRICE, HOLLAND, WOMACK, and JOHNSON, JJ., joined.

The question presented is whether the Fifth Court of Appeals erred in holding that the trial court erred in its instructions to the jury at the punishment stage of trial. We hold that the Court of Appeals did not err.
