This is an appeal from an order of the trial court containing various rulings connected with the administration of the estate of the deceased, Farrell Jefferson Casida. Casida's wife, Annie Laurie Casida, predeceased him. In his will, the deceased named his step-daughter, Carolyn DuBois, as independent executrix of said estate.
