Jeremy W. Barringer ("Movant") appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.0351 motion without an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, Movant alleges that he was entitled to an evidentiary hearing and relief under his motion because his plea counsel was ineffective for withdrawing his motion to withdraw his guilty pleas. We affirm.
