FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Appellant John Wright was convicted of two counts of first-degree child molestation under § 566.067 RSMo.1994 and sentenced to consecutive two-year terms. The facts from his trial are set out in full in State v. Wright, 998 S.W.2d 78 (Mo.App. 1999).
