This case involves a contract to sell a 27-acre tract of land. The land lies partially in a federally designated 100-year flood plain. William J. Matthiessen, Paul G. Silber, Jr., Bernard Lee Lifshutz, Jack Pitluk and Earle Cobb, Jr. (collectively, "the sellers") appeal the trial court's judgment, following a jury trial, that awarded John Schaefer $103,697.40 with interest.
