This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from a District Court judge's dismissal of a complaint charging the defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The defendant claimed that the officer was beyond his jurisdiction and, therefore, lacked authority to arrest him.1 We reverse the judgment.
