The defendant, Duane Alan Martin, appeals his convictions on two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, RSA 159:3 (1994). He argues that the Superior Court (Fitzgerald, J.) erroneously denied his motion to suppress evidence. We reverse and remand.
