This is an appeal of a judgment in favor of the City of Houston, ("the City"), in a suit brought by the owners of two businesses after the City erected a barricade on the street abutting their properties. Appellants, Lethu, Inc., Thu Le, (jointly referred to as "Lethu") and Fair Oaks Housing Corp. ("Fair Oaks") each urge three points of error on appeal, challenging the trial court's judgment in favor of the City...
