Plaintiffs James Justice, Administrator of the Estate of Johnny E. Justice, deceased, and Rebecca A. Justice appeal a summary judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Licking County, Ohio, which held defendant State Farm Insurance Company is liable to plaintiffs for the per-person limits contained in the contract of insurance between decedent and State Farm.
