ANNABELLE CLINTON IMBER, Justice.

This is the second appeal in this criminal case.1 The appellant, Johnny Paul Dodson, appeals his second conviction for the offenses of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). He asserts five points of error. We find no error and affirm.
