Plaintiff, Freda Hogue, brings this Title VII action alleging that she suffered sexual harassment. The defendants are Mr. Darren Whitlock, Sam's Club, and Wal-Mart, Inc. In its Memorandum Opinion dated September 17, 1999, the Court dismissed Plaintiff's claims of negligence and negligent hiring/retention asserted against Defendants because such claims were barred by the Maryland Workers' Compensation Act...
