Upon trial to a jury of six in Lynn District Court, the defendant Paul Tremblay was found guilty on one count of failing to keep records appropriate to a certain class of second-hand dealers in motor vehicles, G. L. c. 140, § 62; two counts of failing to surrender title certificate upon scrapping a motor vehicle, G. L. c. 90D, § 20E; and two counts of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, G. L. c. 266, § 28.
