Michael Mayek appeals the order dismissing that portion of his action appealing a special assessment of the Cloverleaf Lakes Sanitary District No. 1. He contends that the circuit court erroneously determined that he failed to comply with the requirements of WIS. STAT. § 66.60(12).1 He claims that he complied with the statutory requirements and should be permitted to maintain his appeal of the special assessment...
