Defendant-appellant Bart Henriques ("Henriques") appeals his conviction on one count of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). The district court sentenced Henriques to 42 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release.
