In this dispute, Trellice Lynn Schuld appeals the trial court's order dismissing her suit against her siblings, Julius Dembrinski, Jr., Samantha Louise Henson, and William Dale Pete, to partition real property in Mesquite. In a single point of error, Schuld contends the trial court erred in sustaining Henson's plea that the statutory probate court had exclusive jurisdiction over the matter.
