Based upon a police officer's reported observation of a drug transaction, Roy Reed was arrested and charged with possessing cocaine with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop. The trial court granted the State's request to preclude disclosure of the officer's vantage point under a "surveillance location privilege" that has not been recognized by Washington statute or precedent.
