After the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence, James Daniel Ballard, appellant, pled guilty to the offense of possession with intent to deliver lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) weighing at least four grams and less than 200 grams. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, appellant's punishment was assessed at 25 years confinement, to run concurrently with his sentence in the District Court of Victoria...
