A trial court found appellant, Russell Harvill, guilty of criminal nonsupport1 after accepting his nonnegotiated guilty plea. The court sentenced him to two years confinement and suspended his sentence for a term of five years community supervision. As a condition of community supervision, appellant was ordered committed to a restitution center for a period of three months to a year...
