¶ 1. DEININGER, J.

The State appeals an order suppressing the results of a blood test for alcohol concentration to which Michael Piddington submitted after his arrest for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (OMVWI). The trial court ordered the test results suppressed after concluding that Piddington, who is hearing impaired, "needed an American Sign Language interpreter to really understand the information he was being given"...
