OPINION

MICHAEL SCHNEIDER, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, Kevin Lee Greathouse, of two counts of theft. The jury assessed punishment at confinement for 10 years, but as recommended by the jury, appellant's sentence was probated and he was placed on community supervision for 10 years. The State filed a motion to revoke community supervision. The trial court revoked the appellant's community supervision and sentenced appellant to ten years in prison...
