OPINION

BECKER, J:

Appellant Johnny Hughes Walker, Jr., was sentenced to a minimum term of four years in the Nevada State Prison after a jury convicted him of one count of battery with the use of a deadly weapon. Walker alleges numerous errors on appeal, including the failure to admit an out-of-court statement made by his co-defendant. Having considered Walker's claims of error, we affirm Walker's conviction for battery with the use of a deadly weapon...
