We review an alleged employment discrimination claim. Ivory Keith Kiser suffers a seizure disorder and avers Carrabbas terminated him from his waiter job because of a disability. The pivotal issue of this summary judgment appeal granted in favor of appellees is the meaning of disability under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act. We agree with the trial court that appellant's seizures do not constitute a substantial limitation...
