Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals the judgment of the Hamilton County Municipal Court granting the motion to suppress filed by defendantappellee, Gregory S. Bryant, in a prosecution for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol pursuant to R.C. 4511.19(A)(1) and for operating a vehicle with a prohibited breath-alcohol concentration pursuant to R.C. 4511.19(A)(3).
